- Parking within the grounds: specially designated areas next to the buildings
- Barbecue: facility on wheels for use in common - can be positionated as preferred
- Small amusement park for children: a slide, swing, “Chicco” chalet and other small recreation apparatus
- Highchair and cot for our tiny guests: complete with little sheets an blankets, available if requested at the time of booking
- Washing machine: there is a machine available, at the cost of 6,00 Euros per wash including soap-powder, hygienizer and softening agent
- Bed linen and towels: supplied weekly for bed rooms, toilet and kitchen, included in the price
- Extra change of bed linen and towels: 7,00 Euros per person for bedroom and toilet, 5,00 Euros per person for kitchen
- Heating: charge based on consumption
- Electricity, water and gas for cooking: included in the price

Shopping for the first day
Sometimes our guests arrive late on Saturday evening with consequent difficulty in providing for themselves until the shops reopen. For this reason “Il Borghettino”, pleased to make your stay as comfortable as possible, offers you a shopping service completely free of charge. Therefore, if you care to fill in the enclosed form and send it to us at least three days before your arrival, we shall be delighted to do your shopping for the first days of your stay at no cost beyond that of the products ordered
